At Risen Retro, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. All orders are shipped using our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Major Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas: 6–10 business days
Please note: Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, strikes, high volumes, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you make the payment.
We may offer free shipping during promotional periods.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
You can track your shipment directly on the Shiprocket tracking page using the tracking number provided.
5. Wrong Address / Non-Delivery
Please make sure your address, phone number, and pin code are correct.
If a package returns due to:
* Incorrect address
* Customer unavailable
* Phone not reachable
You may be required to pay reshipping charges.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please:
Take photos/video before opening
Refuse to accept the parcel (if visibly damaged)
