Due to our print-on-demand model, where we hold only plain T-shirts in stock and print designs upon order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for the following:

•  Size Issues: We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart before ordering to ensure the perfect fit, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

•  Quality Preferences: Subjective concerns about fabric or print quality that are not related to manufacturing defects.

•  Customer Damage: Issues caused by improper handling, washing, or wear after delivery.

If your T-shirt meets the criteria for a return (manufacturing defect), please follow these steps:

2.  Return Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping address and instructions. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.

3.  Condition: The T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

4.  Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
