Shipping Policy – Risen Retro

At Risen Retro, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. All orders are shipped using our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

Location Estimated Delivery
Metro Cities 3–5 business days
Other Major Cities 4–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 6–10 business days

Please note: Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, strikes, high volumes, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you make the payment.

  • We may offer free shipping during promotional periods.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the Shiprocket tracking page using the tracking number provided.


5. Wrong Address / Non-Delivery

Please make sure your address, phone number, and PIN code are correct.
If a package returns due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Phone not reachable

You may be required to pay reshipping charges.


6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please:

  • Take photos/video before opening

  • Refuse to accept the parcel (if visibly damaged)
